Hidden Lake Forest Preserve offers many outdoor activities, including picnicking, trails for walking or riding your bike, two lakes for taking out kayaks or canoes, fishing and more.

McCollum Park

With over 50 acres of space, McCollum Park offers a variety of different activities.  Mini-golf, baseball fields, softball fields, sand volleyball courts, lighted tennis and basketball courts and a 1.2 mile trail are just a few of the many things to do.

GroveFest

Hosted by the Downers Grove Rotary Club, GroveFest is a summer festival with carnival rides, live music, food, drinks and activities for kids and adults of all ages.

The Morton Arboretum

On the Western edge of DG is The Morton Arboretum!  Boasting 16 miles of hiking trails and 222,000 plant specimens, this is a must-see.  Along with the many acres of space, the Arboretum has art installations, a children's play area, a hedge maze, an annual winter light show and so many other cool and informational events!
