My name is Jessica Busse and real estate isn't only my passion, it's what I excel at. However, when we work together, I'm not just a real estate expert. I'm a confidante, I'm your hype-girl, I'm your market analyst, I'm the person you come to when you're not quite sure what your next step is, and I help you make it there successfully. I'm in your corner through every step of the transaction, making sure you're protected and un-stressed as we embark on the journey to secure one of your biggest life investments.

 

I've been a licensed Realtor® since December 2020, through one of the craziest and toughest markets we've seen in over a decade. I know that every home, as well as every transaction, is different, and I find ways to make those differences work in our favor. I absolutely love working with my clients and being part of their milestones, and I will go above and beyond every step of the way to make sure you get the most money for your home sale and find you your dream home.

 

I was born and raised in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and now live in the Western Suburbs, where I consider myself a market expert. With my degree from Butler University (go Dawgs!) and experience in owning a business and working through the corporate world, I know that the skills I've gleaned throughout my life will help us get to where you want to go.

 

One of my main goals for this blog is to provide pertinent information to buyers and sellers so they are prepared when they decide to take the next step in their real estate journey.  Knowledge is power and I have learned that the best way to provide for my community is to share the information I have to make their home-buying and home-selling process as simple as possible.

 

I have so much support behind me with a wonderful, encouraging and hardworking firefighter husband, a daughter born in September 2021, four insane but loving dogs (yes, I said four), and the best family and friends I could ask for.  Our household is a little chaotic, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
